The quality is just fabulous and meets and exceeds my expectations. I used my dehydrator every week. i was worried that there would be spots that dehydrate quicker than others...and this is not true at all. The design of the excalibur really does hold true to its marketing claims. I highly recommend this product. I also highly recommend your company to anyone considering purchasing this and any other products you carry. Thank you so much for your e-mail. My daughter had an older Champion Juicer that her husband gave her ten years ago - it's lost somewhere in the things that still haven't been unpacked since they moved up here (from California) to be with me, in 2007. I told her that since we had completely remodeled our kitchen and had all new appliances that we needed a new juicer. She is delighted with it - says that it's much more compact than her previous juicer, and much quieter. We were given two apple boxes full of fresh beets, I started cleaning them and she finished scrubbing them and juicing as many as she could find room for the juice in our freezer. Then, she made borscht out of the remainder. She used to drink beet juice all the time and hadn't been able to without her juicer. She says that there's a difference in how she feels since she started to drink beet juice, again. Thank you for providing a wonderful product. Pamela

Thanks for your follow-up emails, we appreciate the way you support your customers. We bought an adaptor that would take the American plug just days before your email arrived. We waited to hear from our electrician and when that didn't eventuate we bought the adaptor and decided to take a chance on using it. It worked just fine. Our electrician arrived last Thursday and he inspected the mill, plug and adaptor and said they were all compatible and would work safely. The mill works like a charm, it is so fast compared to our previous one. Five minutes and we have our fresh flour and it tastes just great. Now we will start to make a real dent in our wheat stocks. It is just so quick and easy to grind the grain now, and SO CLEAN! Before, we'd banished the grinder to a garage because it made such a mess and took so long to do. Now we only grind a couple of cups of grain at a time before making our bread so we leave the grinder on the kitchen bench for convenience. The old way we'd grind extra at a time and risk it going rancid because it was such a chore for my husband Alberto. He needed to spend hours grinding to get the flour fine enough. Sometimes, rather than wait for him to mill the flour, I'd use white flour and add bran, wheatgerm and gluten to it to get some semblance of whole grain bread. The mill arrived very quickly, it only took about a week. Thank you for your help with this order, it has made a huge difference to us. Best wishes for a very happy and successful week. Thank you very much for the "heads-up" on my recent (today, Monday, 28 September 2009) order for my beloved (now 20-year-old) ACME Model 6001 "JUICERATOR". My wife (66) and I (72) are long-time juicers of the "Vegan Persuasion" and juice organic Romaine lettuce twice-a-day 7-days-a-week. I guess I got a bit carried away a few days ago and all of a sudden the "pommel" of the black phenolic plastic Tamper broke off the shaft of the Tamper (Plunger) just as I was pushing the final leaf of Romaine down through the chute. Imagine my surprise! Fortunately, the good folks at ACME designed the shaft with a generous-enough taper to it so that even with the "pommel" gone, the tapered surface of the shaft is sufficient to prevent it from going on down the chute and into the centrifuge chamber. So - - no harm done. I am very careful to clean the entire Juicerator with cold running water and an old well-worn pad of "Scotchbrite" after juicing every 16-ounce bottle of juice (that is equivalent to about 3 full heads of Romaine plus 1 "Heart of Romaine" (we buy the EARTHBOUND FARMS organic "Hearts" in packages of 3 at our lolcal WalMart Megacenter), and the Juicerator still looks - - and runs - - like brand-new. I have found that trying to push any more Romaine leaves than that through in a batch will load the Basket Filter up enough to cause a perceptible imbalance and "chatter". Anyhow, we love our machine, and we both thank you very much for your follow-up in placing our order for us. Wishing you a great week and an even-better weekend, Pete

My Omega 8006 juicer arrived today in perfect shape. The thing runs like a champ. I have been using an Olympus 1000 juicer for the past 21 years and its still running fine which is a testament to the quality of the Omega products. Was time to treat myself to an upgrade and I wanted to be able to juice greens which the centrifugal juicers don't do well at all. I couldn't be happier with my choice. As for my choice of company's to purchase from, you are awesome. I have never had such wonderful customer service. I am oh so happy with my new Omega 8006 Juicer!!! It is just totally awesome. I juiced my normal amount of produce this week and was surprised that the Omega gave me 3x the amount of juice. Hi Julie, I was so excited about trying out the juicer last night thinking about it on the way home. My wife had all the carrots and celery cut up and ready to go. Before starting, I disassembled the unit to rinse out the blade, etc. I encountered a slight problem after washing out the unit as the juicer would not turn on. I was panicked for an instance. I un-assembled the unit thinking I may have incorrectly put it back together. Finally, I noticed that there was a reset button on the bottom of the unit. Should have read the manual first. The Omega is very well manufactured and that first slip was so delicious. You're welcome on the review and hope continued success in your business. The Excalibur 3900 is outstanding and the Paraflexx sheets are great as well! We have used the dehydrator for many different applications i.e. celery root puree sprinkled with celery salt and ground caraway seed and dried it into a paper thin sheets for garnish, fennel chips, dried Michigan sour cherries (could only use a ½ flat fresh and dried the other ½) there are countless uses for the Excalibur – Great product! One of my cooks was telling me about a spray you can spray on various products or purees and it will give the final product a perfect shine - I need to look into it. I received my L'Equip 215 XL juicer right on time today. Thanks for the speedy delivery. The Clipper Mill Carrot brush does a marvelous job of getting rid of dirt off my carrots and leaving the skin intact.....I just had my first glass of juice and it is heavenly! I love the stainless steel features this juicer has in the juicing blade and bowl. Talk about fast! Fast food really isn't bad if you choose the right food! Clean-up was a snap too, with a little brushing in quick sudsy water and then a rinse. I expect to physically feel real good after a couple of juicing days, with all those nutrients going from my garden to my bloodstream in minutes. And I want you to know I feel real good right now about my terrific buy in this juicer and great service I received; not to mention your email responses. Thank you for your email Julie, We LOVE our rice cooker. We got away from aluminum years ago but the only piece of aluminum cookware that we still owned was a rice cooker. We just couldn't give up the ease of using a rice cooker and we had only seen aluminum pots in rice cookers. Those other "stainless steel" rice pots weren't actually stainless steel, at least not the pot that the rice cooks in. We are so pleased with your product.
