Hi, I've been using my new rice cooker just about everyday since it arrived and I am so happy! Since our other rice cooker was getting old and the teflon in the pot was nicked and scratched we began thinking about potential health concerns. Your cooker was a godsend. The rice is nice and fluffy, the steamer is a nice time/energy saver, and I just soak the pot overnight, give it a quick scrub w/a nylon brush and it's ready to go again. thanks again, adrienne
