2/17/08: Hi Julie, There is one more thing my husband has been reminding me to tell you. One of the most important reasons we bought the Excaliber is because it is 'made in the USA!' There are so few products made in our own country and we are feeling the brunt of it now. We hope more companies will consider finding products made in the USA. Thank you for offering this product. 2/4/08: I really like the natural reed meditation chair. I unpacked it and tried it out right away. It is well made, smells good and a big improvement ergonomically on the Samadhi cushion I have been using for 15 years (although this product is good too used on top of another cushion).Good health is worth celebrating isn’t it. As I have said, “health is wealth and there is plenty of it around if we just take the time and care to share it and cultivate it in each other. ” Keep up the offering of good quality products I will check back at your website in a little while later too see what you come up with. In the meantime if you are also interested in meditation and yoga, amateur theology, and so forth you might want to look at my website http://www.ourprayergroup.blogspot.com . It has been offered it up as a free service to us all. All it needs, I think, are some good comments and suggestions for improvement along with some people who take the time to read and study it. 1/22/08: Hi Julie, I'm sure I will enjoy everything I have ordered. I am very excited to get started with all of these items. I just sent off your brochure for the Rice Cooker to my friend in the U.K. today. If she likes it, I want to send her one as she is undergoing chemo and could really find this cooker useful as she doesn't do well standing around cooking. I think it would work fine with a voltage converter. So, stay tuned. I'm sure I will be ordering again soon. Also, thanks again for the advice and helping me choose. Debi

1/19/08: So nice of you to offer this to your customers. I am extremely pleased to shop with you. Two features impressed me: 1. When I called the 1-800 number, she was extremely polite and made it clear that she takes care of the customer. 2. When I add the items to the cart, your website informed the shipping cost PROIR to asking my name and address. Most websites make you to enter all the personal information, take to next screen to show the shipping cost (which is unfair to me) I enjoyed shopping with you. Thanks, Vira
