Just wanted to let you know that I appreciate the personal review you gave me on the phone concerning the Hurom juicer. I have been using it daily since it was delivered and have found that everything you said about it to be true. It is so much easier to use than my Green Star and easier and quicker to clean. The juice is great and pulp is quite dry. I run my juice through a second time to get rid of the extra pulp. Overall, I am very pleased with my juicer and would recommend it (and your website) to anyone. Thank you, Jennifer

Thank you. The Roma Food Strainer is great. We used to have a Victoria strainer for making tomato sauce and apple sauce. Somehow it has disappeared, and this is the perfect replacement. the juicer is great so far... juiced some carrots the 2nd time I used it & forgot to re-insert the plug all the way and got a cup of very high end juice anyway...amazing how with carrots sliced lengthwise it just eats them up! easy to clean and easy to use! I can see me using it a lot over the harvest season and onwards. only have used it 3 times... haven't gotten any bags of fruit due to poor local availability- just before the big apple season here...but found some old-growth Gravensteins to forage the and although tart, the juice is soooo good! next experiment is homemade hazelnut milk or pecan milk- and then almond milk...like on the you-tube video someone made using this model versus a horizontal auger omega, both making almond milk... i expect it will be delicious and easy... thank you and thank you again! I liked the $150 price, but I notice that it's back ordered. We researched a lot of juicers and that's the one she wanted for quality and price. Is there another juicer you could recommend? YES! I would like to take you up on your offer for the $15 discount bringing my total to $204 and wait for your restocking shipment of August 22. I appreciate the extra savings and not being charged until the wonder Junior deluxe mill ships! You are probably right about other sites being backordered as well. . . many of those would not make the offer you have just made me for an additional discount and proceed to draw the funds from my card not even knowing when a shipment was coming. Some don't even bother to tell you it's backordered, they just leave you dangling! When I was shopping your website, a very caring quality about your business came across to me. (I know that sounds a little strange) You have just reinforced that impression. I absolutely loved that you actually compared the specifics of the Wonder Junior Deluxe Manuel Mill I've ordered to that of the $400 Country Living Grain Mill I actually was looking for!!!!! I've looked at a lot websites in the last two weeks and none of them gave comparisons with specific models or ever pointed out the wet/dry grain difference. I just happened onto your site to see if I could find the best price on the Country Living Mill. . .your information made me realize I WAS ORDERING THE WRONG MILL AND THROWING AWAY $200!!!!!!!!!!! . . . the price of parts is pretty standard with regard to the green power juicer, everyone sells them for full retail - the goats are separated from the sheep with the policies, service and handling. So, some vendors charge crazy high shipping because they need to support the shipping department, or maybe just because they come in toward the top of the google search. Your shipping was the cheapest, at 8$ to ship a small 1# item (which to me is still a little high but at least in the ballpark) compared to 16$ from the company I USED to purchase from. Your website was easy to use and the processing was quick, and notices were sent at every step. The item showed up in one business day - so even though the shipping was the cheapest available - the handling and shipping portion went very well. I have no complaints - and yes, I am a discerning and demanding shopper. FE Jordan

Received the juicer Saturday FEDEX Ground. It works well with carrots, cucumbers, celery. Greens like cilantro can plug up the output port if I am not careful to mix it with other things. Juicing Aloe is not possible unless I collect the output waste stream with a cup and pour it into the juice cup. The aloe gel is just too soft. It comes out both ports at once. I tried grapes this afternoon and the juice was very rich. All of the vegetables including tomatoes come out much richer in strength and flavor than any other juicer I have tried. The flavor of the same ingredients that I have been processing through a blender is much different, stronger. Thanks. I registered the juicer with Omega. With daily use, I expect I will be pushing it more than your typical appliance. Jack

Julie and Katie, this is the best juicer I've ever had. I've owned the Omega 8000, the Greenstar 1000 and the Healthy Juicer... and the Hurom is the Best! I've made excellent juices, banana ice cream, almond milk and I am going to try making soy milk this week. I realize I will have to get the temps of the finished milk up to about 180deg to kill the digestive inhibitor enzymes, but it this works, I will be selling my dedicated SoyJoy Soy milk making machine. :) This juicer and the Omega VRT are going to revolutionize the juicer industry. Wow, what a great tip....I had no idea. I usually only juice apples with my veggies anyways. My girlfriend whos moving in with me at the end of the month really needs to keep her immune system strong to keep a certain cancer in check and lucky enough, I always have carrots, beats and apples on hand cause it was always my favorite drink. Thank you so much for your follow up. I am very pleased with the juicer. The wheatgrass juicing is a little challenging but I don't think the Omega Vert330 would be any different. Something I did notice is that the Hurom's yellow plug on the pulp side is attached and from what I read on the reviews, the Omega Vert 330 has a separate piece that pulls out. Apparently, people tend to drop them down the sink and lose them when cleaning so this is another plus for the Hurom. Thank you for taking the time to explain to me about the manufacturers. I know you can't always rely on accurate online reviews, though they can be helpful. In this age of online sales it's difficult to speak with someone who knows about a product and cares about the customer. I've used my new Omega N C Juicer 8006 four or five times since I purchased it and so far I'm very satisfied. I had been using my blender to make smoothies for the past year and it was time to take the next step. I spent a number of hours during research on the internet before settling on this particular model available through Ult Nourishment. I wanted a juicer that was easy to clean--and this one is meeting my expectations. There are a number of parts but they are easy to assemble and disassemble and clean. I like the lack of froth which is produced and the quiet operation of the unit. (I have to put in ear plugs when I use my blender.) So far, by alternating hard vegetables (like carrots) with soft vegetables (like cucumbers) I have had zero problems with the unit getting clogged. The wand that is included is well designed and very helpful. I need more practice combining the different vegetables into a single juice. The book on juicing that I purchased with the juicer is going to be a big help. I want them to taste like the ones I've bought in the past from the local organic supermarket deli. So far the ones I've made taste good and are packed with nutrition, but lack the 'wow' flavor which results from just the right combination. With more practice over the coming weeks, I'm hoping to refine the taste. The two plastic bowls for juice and ground up vegetables are just the right size and were really well engineered to fit right under the juicer. Thank you for your help with this purchase. Thanks so much for the follow-up. I couldn't be happier. I have never owned another juicer before, however, I did enough research to understand that it would be hard pressed (no pun intended) for any other juicer to beat this one, the NorWal included. My sister is waiting to see if I stick with the program (she's from Wisc.) before she takes the plunge. I have used it everyday, several times a day. Very easy to clean up and does not make any mess whatsoever. A lot of the vegetables are hard to really "like" but just knowing the benefits of utilizing them is worth it. I try not to do to much of the fruit. I think I've already tried every veggie grown in Calif. and have definitely educated myself on what their benefits are. Still always amazes me that the things on this earth that taste the best are always things we should try and avoid. God's sense of humor I guess. Anyway Julie, thanks again.
