I was on my way to the Southern Women Ideal Home Show to buy myself a VitaMix blender when I thought I should check out what you had online since I was so satisfied with the 3 rice cookers that I have purchased. I'm very excited to receive my new Blendtex Blender. I would have been VERY disappointed if I had purchased a VitaMix blender for more money and found out that it would not have fit under my kitchen cabinets! I just can't even begin to tell you how much I love the Seagrass Meditation Chair. I have not been able to meditate very much for years because I could not sit comfortably on the floor and felt too ungrounded in conventional chairs. This chair is so nice and low, yet just the perfect height to allow for comfort and support. At the present time I am not able to sit cross-legged in the chair, but I use my Zabuton mat folded in half to rest my feet on so I can sit crossed at the ankles or with the soles of my feet together. When I sit down on it I can tell that it is very strong and I know that this chair will last me a lifetime. Please give my special thanks to the foreman who oversees the crafting of these chairs for taking special care to be sure that my chair is perfect for me, and also to the craftsmen or women who make these chairs. It is obvious that quality materials are used and that the makers of these chairs take great care and pride in their work. I am absolutely thrilled! My cats also love the chair. When I am not sitting on it they think it is their new throne. There is no doubt that I will look to your company for my future meditation furniture needs and for other products as well. Your personal service and attention to details makes me feel like a very special and valued customer. Dionne

I really like the cooker and it does a great job. The bottom rice does stick to the pot and tends to burn ever so slightly, but I'd rather deal with that than poisoning from Teflon. Hardly any bubbles come out of the unit either. I keep it at work and make rice every other day! Ivo

I just wanted to let you know that I love my Vitaclay rice and slow cooker. I have tried cooking various types of rice with no problems. I had to adjust the amount of water but that is all the adjustment I had to make. I haven't tried many slow cook recipes but what I have made has been great. Linda

Dear Julie, Thank you for inquiring about my enjoyment of my soy milk maker. I want to say that I love it. My husband and I are a couple of old hipsters from back in the late 60's and have gotten back in touch with our roots recently joining the vegan way of life. This just makes it so much easier and saves quite a few bucks...ALOT of bucks. While you can certainly make soy milk on your own without any appliance, this just makes things so much easier. And we were buying soymilk for the convenience of not making it ourselves. But no need now, I soak my beans over night and the next morning make enough to last 4 days. Great in our smoothies. And I am collecting okara recipes...YAY!!! Although we are sharing that with our dogs in their food. No store bought food for them. The bean skins go in the compost so everyones a winner. Julie, A little unnecessary background, to let you know how much your kindness means. Abbey is one of those who just seem to draw 'bad luck.' To her, nothing was more likely than that her Healthmaster 100 would somehow be deficient. Her next thought was, "this is going to be hard to exchange, and expensive because of shipping costs as well." And she was ready to feel bad for me since I bought it for her and would be footing the shipping costs. When I phoned her with the report of our conversation, and how helpful you were, she came near tears: kindness does that to her. Honestly, after we spoke, I wanted to ask if you'd mind if I erected a statue in your honor at a local park. You are some of what's right in the world. Thanks! Peter

I've been enjoying all my little appliances thank you. The Healthmaster is used almost daily. The Rice cooker about 1-2 times a week. So far so good. I definitely will take you up on the offer to purchase again. Why are all the healthy online vendors out west? It makes for costly shipping. That's the only issue I have. But if you're the only one with the best products I have no other choice. You will no doubt hear again from me. Angela
