Instructions to make soy coffee:

1. Roast organic soybeans in the "Nesco Pro Coffee & Soy Bean Roaster"
2. Once soybeans are roasted, grind soy beans to a course grind in a coffee grinder.
3. Place ground soy beans in a coffee maker (you may flavor the ground beans with organic vanilla or other flavor)
4. Brew like you would regular coffee
