You can also prepare buttermilk and sour cream with Yogourmet cheese starter. This starter does not require the use of a yogurt maker because the milk is incubated at room temperature for about 16 to 18 hours. Each box contains 3 envelopes of 2 X 5 grams, and each envelope makes approximately 650 grams of cheese, depending on the kind of milk used. (Envelope is split in two packets, for those who only want to make 325 grams of cheese at a time). |
