Maybe servers need to stop the blend periodically and shake the container – you know the problems. The Vita-Mix Two-Step Timer is engineered to solve all this. With the Two-Step timing feature, an electronically controlled high-torque Low speed starts the blend then shifts into High speed for that perfectly smooth finish you need. The blend moves from start to finish without stalling. Making it ideal for thick ice cream drinks and drinks with dense ingredients such as frozen fruit. And the added beauty of it all is that the timer turns off automatically at your pre-set time–the time YOU have determined to be the perfect blend. All your servers can make the same consistent fabulous drinks, while waiting on other customers, or loading containers, without interruption to tend to the blender.
