I was searching for a stainless steal rice-cooker, and with my talking computer did a search! Many sites claimed to have a stainless steal one, and with further investigation, and much time I read that they had the other thing that I was avoiding , non-stick toxic Teflon. So my search continued until I found this awesome healthy site! Due to sight-loss and my screen-readers inability to read the phone number on this site, I sent a message via e-mail. I was amazed how quickly Julie called me back. I sent the message, and then walked into the other room when the phone rang. So when they say that they are helpful, I agree. Julie walked me through the descriptions, and helped me place my order. I have done allot of business on the web, and I have to say that this one was the easiest, and most friendly. Thank you Julie for being you!

Well, I am glad to say that the milling went very well and was virtually dust free. Having the cup attached as directed in the owner's manual made a huge difference. Thank you so much for all your help and for getting the manual(s) to me. If I ever meet someone else who wants a grain mill, I will certainly recommend that they buy one through Ultimate Nourishment. Thank you for the fast and great service on my order. I can't believe it came in the mail yesterday and today I made apple sauce. It is a great tool and can't wait to try jam and jelly as I have 9 gallons of raspberries in my freezer to do up. Thanks again for getting it into the mail so quickly.
