Ultimate Nourishment strives to have all orders processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. Backorders are a very rare occurrence with us, but if in the off chance the item you ordered is out of stock, we would notify you immediately via e-mail with the date your order should ship. You would also have the opportunity to cancel your order if you chose not to wait.
Ultimate Nourishment uses USPS, UPS and FedEx for most of our shipping. We have had great success using USPS, UPS and FedEx as it is very rare that a package is lost or arrives damaged. During the checkout process our shipping calculator automatically connects to the shipping courier's web server to calculate actual shipping rates. This way you pay only the actual shipping charge. We wanted to ensure our customers only paid actual shipping rates and not a penny more! We do ask that all orders be shipped to a physical address, as most of our orders are shipped using UPS and FedEx. However, if you do require your order shipped to a P.O. Box, we would be more than happy to ship via USPS, however there may be an additional charge for shipping on some larger nutritional equipment. If an additional charge for shipping to your P.O. Box is necessary, we will contact you immediately to approve the additional small charge prior to your order being finalized.
Our shipping cut off time is 1:00PM (Pacific), however there are many times where we are able to have your order ship to you the same day of your order being placed, even though your order was received after our cut off time. Orders shipping "overnight" or "2-day" delivery may not ship on the same day of receiving your order if your order was received after 12PM (Pacific).

International Orders (Outside US):
Orders shipped outside the USA are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail unless otherwise specified. Shipping internationally is calculated based on the weight of your order and the country destination. Delivery times are usually 7 - 21 business days anywhere in the world for international delivery. USPS Priority International Mail has the ability for us to track your order to the point of entry in your country of destination, therefore we will have information regarding your orders status of delivery up until that point. Please note that our free Ground Shipping offer is not applicable to International orders. All customers purchasing products outside of the United States are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs, broker's fees and customs fees in accordance with customs laws in the country your order is to be shipped. If an item is returned to use for failure on the customer's part to pay any and all taxes, duties, tariffs, broker's fees and customs fees, or if a bill has been charged to Ultimate Nourishment for unpaid fees, the customer will be charged for all related shipping costs, and/or reimbursements, concerning the shipment.
The following applies to all International Orders (orders whose destination is outside of the United States of America):
- All dollar amounts listed on our website for products and shipping costs are noted in US Dollars (USD). Any currency conversion will occur after your charge is processed and will be noted on your credit card statement as the converted dollar amount, not the US Dollar amount.
- The shipping charge applied to any International orders does not include any broker's fee, custom fees, duties and/or taxes that your custom's department may impose. All international orders may arrive with monies owed. These fees, duties, and or taxes are non-refundable by Ultimate Nourishment and are not part of the shipping charge included with your order.
- Ultimate Nourishment is not responsible for any tariffs, custom's embargo, restrictions and/or any other legislation, ordinance, rules or statues which apply in countries outside the United States. You may want to confer with your custom's bureau if you have questions.
- All International customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of the package.
- Please do not order items that are illegal to send into your country. It is every International (outside of US) customer's obligation to verify with your custom's bureau if your country allows the product(s) you ordered to be shipped into your country.
- If the package you ordered, to be shipped internationally, is seized by your custom's bureau, Ultimate Nourishment shall be held harmless and is not liable nor will Ultimate Nourishment issue a refund.
Shipping options to Canada:
We have been working with UPS and are now a part of a special UPS Discounted Brokerage Program which will save our Canadian customers money as well as ensure their orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days. We felt it was important to try to address concerns Canadian customers have had in the past regarding using the UPS Standard Service to Canada (UPS Ground equivalent in the USA).
Prior to our being a part of the UPS Discounted Brokerage Fee Program, any Canadian customers would avoid choosing UPS Standard shipping to Canada because of a high "UPS Broker's Fee" that would accompany any duties and/or taxes that would be due when the package was delivered. Those UPS Broker's Fees would start at $40.00 USD, even for a $10.00 item, and would increase based on the value of the package.
Additionally, in the past Canadian customers would compare shipping rates using different shipping couriers and Canadian customers would find that UPS Standard Canada was typically lower in shipping rate cost vs. the United States Postal Service (USPS)/Canada Post, but would later discover when the package was delivered by UPS a substantial broker's fee would be added to the
"presumed lower" UPS Standard Canada shipping rate and in the end UPS Standard would cost Canadian customers more than if they had used the slightly higher shipping rate with USPS/Canada Post. It is for that reason many Canadian customers would request United States Postal Service (USPS)/Canada Post for their orders shipping to Canada.
But the downfall with using USPS/Canada Post, which does not have a broker's fee, is the tracking visibility is somewhat limited, in addition to the delivery time is contingent upon how fast Customs Department can clear the package. The average transit time shipping to Canada using USPS Priority Mail service to Canada takes is 7-10 business days.
We are happy to announce that Ultimate Nourishment is now a part of a special UPS Discounted Brokerage Program for all UPS Standard to Canada shipments. For any UPS Standard shipments to Canada, if there is a brokerage fee, our Canadian customers will receive the discounted brokerage charge of a flat $10 for shipments valued at less than $200.00 USD. For shipments valued over that amount, our Canadian customers will receive a $10 discount off the normal brokerage fee (See discounted broker's fee schedule below). Please keep in mind that any duties and taxes due are still the responsibility of the package recipient. We have worked with UPS to deliver a much more competitive broker fee structure against the USPS offering. The benefits of now using UPS Standard Canada with Ultimate Nourishment are: tracking visibility is much clearer than USPS, shipping damage claims (if unfortunately the package arrived damaged) is much more expedient than those claims filed with USPS, and shipping transit time is much more expedient with the average package delivery time being 2-5 business days vs. 7-10 business days with USPS.
Our Canadian customers may now trust that for items less than $200.00 USD, broker's fees will be on par with the USPS/Canada Post, with shipping even costing less in many cases and your package will arrive in Canada in less than half the time it would with USPS/Canada Post.
UPS Standard to Canada is now an available as shipping choice during checkout in addition to the USPS Priority International choice.

Mistakes On An Order If Ultimate Nourishment is responsible for a mistake concerning an order you placed with us, we will absorb any cost of correcting the mistake and take immediate action to fix the problem. However, if the mistake was due to the information your supplied us when you placed your order, we reserve the right to charge the payment method used to place your order for any fees Ultimate Nourishment incurred to correct the mistake, such as address change fees instituted by the shipping courier and/or fees instituted by our distributor for corrections. To that end, please ensure that all information entered is correct during checkout.
Canceling An Order If you decide to cancel an order placed with us, we will be able to cancel the order only if your order has not shipped and if that is the case, we will reimburse the method of payment used for your order the full amount without any additional fees. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped we would be unable to cancel your order. However, if the item(s) you ordered qualify for return under our return policy, you may follow our return instructions found below in the "Return Policy" section. Please note, if upon delivery of your order, your order is sent back to us via the shipping courier due to "refusal of delivery" of the package or due to the shipping courier being unable to deliver because the address submitted during the order process on our site was incorrect (customer's error), Ultimate Nourishment will credit the payment method used for your order, minus return fees (return fees listed below in the "Return Policy" section) upon receipt of your order from the shipping courier.
Product(s) damaged during shipment Damage to products during shipping is a rare occurrence, however we know that it can happen from time to time. Please contact Ultimate Nourishment within 48 hours of receipt of your order or we may be unable to process any type of claim for damage. You may call or e-mail to report the damage (contact information is at the top of this page). If your order arrives with obvious shipping damage, please inform the delivery person immediately when your package is delivered. If you were unavailable at the time your order was delivered and the package was left for you, please call us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) to report the damaged delivery. Ultimate Nourishment will make the arrangements for the shipping courier to come and perform an inspection on your behalf. Please do not tamper with the product or packaging as the shipping courier will want to visually inspect the merchandise and the packaging the damaged products arrived in. DO NOT THROW AWAY THE BOX AND ANY PACKAGING MATERIAL THE PRODUCT(S) ARRIVED IN! For a damage inspection, all of the packing material must be present at the time of the inspection including the shipping box and the foam shipping peanuts that were around the inner package. Without these present, we will be unable to submit a damage claim. If the item is soaked with some sort of liquid, the liquid must not be wiped off the package and/or product. The inspector must see the package exactly as it arrived for delivery. If the packaging is not available for inspection, we will be unable to credit or exchange the damaged merchandise. Lastly, please note, if there is shipping damage, the item you purchased must not be used at all. If you have used the item, you forfeit any right to a damage claim. After visual inspection by the shipping courier's inspector, and approval for a shipping damage claim, Ultimate Nourishment will be able to exchange the damaged product(s) and expedite a replacement to you. Please note: if shipping damage is not reported to Ultimate Nourishment within 14 days of receiving your item, unfortunately we are unable to file a shipping damage claim and are unable to replace the damaged item. To that end, it is imperative that any shipping damage be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.
Orders lost during shipping If an order is lost during the shipping process, please contact Ultimate Nourishment immediately upon recognizing your order is lost. Ultimate Nourishment will immediately file a lost package claim with the shipping courier. If the order was shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL, a package tracer can take 1 to 8 shipping days to complete. If the order was shipped via USPS, the package tracer can take up to 30 days to complete, however Ultimate Nourishment will work with you since the tracer is a much longer duration than UPS, FedEx or DHL (which is why our primary shipping method is UPS). If the package is not found during the allotted time of the package tracer, the shipping courier will approve a lost package claim and Ultimate Nourishment will ship another order to you immediately upon the approval of the claim.
Refusal of Delivery or Incorrect Shipping Address: If we receive a return due to refusal of delivery of the package or due to the shipping courier being unable to deliver because the address submitted during the order process on our site was incorrect (customer's error) and the shipping courier could not reroute your package therefore returned your package to us, we will issue a refund to the payment method used for the original order, minus shipping costs, and 10% restocking fee, plus any costs which we may incur to repackage the item (if any) and costs for damages (if any). The balance left over after these deductions will be reimbursed to the payment method used for your original order. We will notify you immediately that we received your refused package or misaddressed package, issue you the refund minus the fees incurred, and will close the order. Of course, if the return of the package was due to incorrect address (customer's error), you may order with us again with the correct address and we will ship your order immediately. If the misaddressed item was due to an error on Ultimate Nourishment's part, no fees will be incurred at all and we will reship and expedite the package to you at our cost.
