Ultimate Nourishment's Ordering Instructions
Ultimate Nourishment strives to have all orders shipping the day the order was received (holidays and weekends excluded). On occasion an order may ship the following day. Backorders are a very rare occurrence with us, but if in the off chance the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately via e-mail with the date your order should ship. You will also have the opportunity to cancel your order if you choose not to wait.
Payment Methods Ultimate Nourishment accepts:
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.
PayPal: Automatically connect to PayPal during checkout to use your own PayPal account.
Money Orders and Certified Cashier's Checks: We accept money orders and certified cashier's checks mailed to the address above from US originating customers only. The money order or certified cashier's check must be drawn in US funds payable to Ultimate Nourishment or D J Online Enterprises, Inc. Please keep in mind that your order will not ship until the funds have cleared our bank, which in some cases can take up to 7-14 days. We will notify you when the funds have cleared and your order has shipped.
Personal or Business Checks: We accept personal or business checks drawn in US funds from US originating customers only. Please keep in mind that your order will not ship until the funds have cleared our bank, which in some cases can take up to 7-14 days. We will notify you when the funds have cleared and your order has shipped.
We do not ship COD orders. Payment must be made prior to your order shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Special Orders:
We welcome special orders. If there is a item which you do not find on our site, please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail or call us to special order the item(s) for you. Please note that special orders are subject to a deposit of 25% prior to Ultimate Nourishment ordering the item(s) for you. Also note, there is a 10% restocking fee if the special order is canceled or decreased after Ultimate Nourishment has placed the order with the manufacturer or supplier. Please be advised that various waiting times are involved concerning completion times at the factories which can range up to six weeks. We will notify you concerning the waiting time and when your special order is ready to ship. The balance of the amount of a special order (including shipping costs if applicable) must be paid in full prior to your special order shipment.
Special Safety Measures To Protect Our Customers:
Ultimate Nourishment never receives your CVV2 number during checkout and invoicing. Our Payment Gateway (Verisign; the company who processes the credit cards via our website) is on the cutting edge of safeguarding all consumers. What this means for you is no one from Ultimate Nourishment ever views your CVV2 number! As with all our policies, it ensures our customers receive the utmost in safeguarding your personal information and credit card information. And as an additional security measure for our customers, after your order is placed with us and we finalize your order, we completely delete your order, including your payment information, from our server. Additionally, your credit card number is not retained and is deleted along with your order. This is one of the most important security steps a online retail store can take, which is why we ensure this safety practice. What this means for you is complete safety of your personal information and payment information as it never is saved nor stored.
Our site is verified secure using SSL encryption when transmitting information via Secure Transfer, verified by GeoTrust. Our site uses the industry's highest encryption method for safely transmitting information over the Internet. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a protocol used for secure transmission of information. It ensures all information submitted through our webserver is encrypted at the highest level and offers the most protection for our customers.
Ordering Instructions:
- When you find a product you would like to purchase, but you would like to continue to browse our other products, click the "Add One To Basket" button next to the product you would like to add to your basket. This will add the product to your basket but allow you to remain on the screen you are at.
- After selecting your product(s) to purchase, choose the "Checkout" button on the upper right-hand corner of your screen. You will be taken to an "Account Login" screen. THIS IS AN OPTIONAL STEP.
If you would like to purchase your products without creating a customer account, click the"Place Order Without Account" link. This will take you directly to the checkout screen.
If you would like to create an account with us, this will allow you to save your shopping baskets, as well as review our products. Having an account will also make for easier checkout in the future as your information will automatically be entered without re-typing. You can rest assured that your information is safeguarded with Ultimate Nourishment, and we will NEVER sell or disclose any information you provide to us to a third party. - Once at the checkout screen, the first screen you will see is the area where you enter the "Ship To" and "Bill To" addresses. If your "Bill To" address is the same as your "Ship To" address, leave the "Bill To" address blank, and when you click the "Continue" button on the bottom right corner of your screen, the "Bill To" will automatically be filled in with the "Ship To" information. If the "Bill To" address is different, please type the Name and Address exactly as it appears on the credit card statement you receive. All fields that are "bold" are required fields. Click the "Continue" button. (Please note that this screen is a secured screen, using the latest encryption technology, which means your credit card number is safe, using GeoTrust's latest encryption).
- The next screen has 2 drop down menus for the method of shipping and payment method you would like to use. The shipping drop down menu also states the shipping and handling charge next to each method of shipping. Select the shipping method you would like to use. (Please note that this screen is a secured screen, using the latest encryption technology, which means your information is safe, using GeoTrust's latest encryption).
Under the shipping drop down menu, is a drop down menu of which payment method you would like to choose (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, or call/fax in payment). If you would like to pay by money order or check or would like to call/fax in your credit card number, please chose the "Call In/Fax In or Mail Payment" option.Underneath the payment method selection is a checkbox which is required to mark to continue the checkout process. What this checkbox represents is; you as the customer agree to our "Terms of Service" and "Shipping/Return" Policies and will contact Ultimate Nourishment first with any questions or concerns. We have provided links right next to the checkbox, which open in a new window, so you may read our Terms of Service and Shipping/Return Polices without leaving your place in the checkout process.
Click the "Continue" button once you have selected your choice of shipping and payment method. If you chose to call in, fax in or mail payment, you still need to click the "Click To Continue" button to complete your order. Instructions on where to call, fax or mail your payment will appear on the next screen.
- If you chose to use a credit card, the next screen will ask you to enter your credit card number and expiration date.
If you chose to pay via PayPal, after clicking the "Click to Continue" button, the next screen will automatically take you to PayPal's log-in page. Once you log on to PayPal, using your PayPal ID (this is usually your e-mail address you used when signing up for PayPal), you can complete the payment process in PayPal. Please ensure you click the "continue button" after submitting your payment in PayPal. This will return you to our website's Final Invoice page, which you can print for your records.
If you chose to mail your payment, you will note the instructions are at the bottom of this screen.
Once entered, click the "Continue" button. PLEASE ONLY CLICK THE "CONTINUE" BUTTON ONCE. It may take anywhere from a few seconds to a minute or so (depending on your internet connection) for your credit card to process. If you click the "Continue" button more than once while processing, you may be charged for two orders. If we do notice that a duplicate order has been placed, I will contact you to verify that you indeed wished to have 2 orders placed. If you did not desire the 2nd order, we can cancel the order and credit your credit card.
- The next screen will show your completed order, with your "Invoice #". Please print this page for your records.
- You will receive an Invoice of your order, sent to the e-mail address provided. Later, when your order ships, we will also send you an e-mail with the tracking number for your order.

Mistakes On An Order:
If Ultimate Nourishment is responsible for a mistake concerning an order you placed with us, we will absorb any cost of correcting the mistake and take immediate action to fix the problem. However, if the mistake was due to the information your supplied us when you placed your order, we reserve the right to charge the payment method used to place your order for any fees Ultimate Nourishment incurred to correct the mistake, such as address change fees instituted by the shipping courier and/or fees instituted by our distributor for corrections. To that end, please ensure that all information entered is correct during checkout.
Canceling An Order
If you decide to cancel an order placed with us, we will be able to cancel the order only if your order has not shipped and if that is the case, we will reimburse the method of payment used for your order the full amount without any additional fees. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped we will make every attempt to retrieve the package before it arrives at your location. If the item has been shipped and then cancelled, we will reimburse the method of payment used for the original order, minus any shipping charges and a cancellation fee of $10.00.
Orders lost during shipping
If an order is lost during the shipping process, please contact Ultimate Nourishment immediately upon recognizing your order is lost. Ultimate Nourishment will immediately file a lost package claim with the shipping courier. If the order was shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL, a package tracer can take 1 to 8 shipping days to complete. If the order was shipped via USPS, the package tracer can take up to 30 days to complete, however Ultimate Nourishment will work with you since the tracer is a much longer duration than UPS, FedEx or DHL (which is why our primary shipping method is UPS). If the package is not found during the allotted time of the package tracer, the shipping courier will approve a lost package claim and Ultimate Nourishment will ship another order to you immediately upon the approval of the claim.
