Baskets can be stacked to accommodate different foods on each level. Domed lid traps in moisture and retains flavor. Easily freshen breads by steaming for a few minutes. Available in two convenient sizes: small (7" diameter) and large (10.5" diameter).

Instructions for use:
- Place water in wok or pot. Make sure the pot has a smaller diameter than the steamer.
- Fill water to measure approximately 1" or more below the bottom of the steamer.
- Place steamer over wok or pot.
- Add food to steamer.
- Bring water to a full and steady boil.
- Cover steamer with bamboo lid.
- Maintain a steady boil throughout cooking process without letting the wok or pot boil dry.
- Length of cooking time depends on individual tastes.
Cleaning:
- Clean with hot water.
- Towel or drip dry.
